About the role

This role requires deep audit expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with onshore engagement teams. On‑site in Bangalore with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead audit procedures and review junior staff work
- Coach and develop CRC professionals
- Build relationships with onshore engagement teams
- Identify and resolve technical audit issues
- Improve audit service delivery based on feedback
- Guide audit documentation and sampling tools
- Manage client expectations
- Deliver under tight deadlines
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant or ACCA
- 3.5–5 years post‑qualification audit experience
- Strong articleship from a Big‑4 or mid‑size firm
- Proficiency in Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP
- Experience with audit documentation tools
- Knowledge of sampling tools such as IDEA
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Effective communication with onshore teams
