About the role
Strategy & Transaction Advisory team at Accenture helps clients drive inorganic growth through the full M&A lifecycle, from target screening to post‑merger integration and portfolio value creation. As a Consultant you will lead day‑to‑day execution of complex advisory projects for private‑equity and corporate clients, manage deliverables, support RFPs, develop new IP, and mentor junior team members. Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai – on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead execution of consulting engagements across pre‑deal, deal execution, and value‑creation phases
- Define deliverables, set deadlines, review work and ensure quality control
- Support RFP discussions and prepare proposal documents
- Develop new assets, thought leadership and go‑to‑market offerings
- Mentor and upskill team members through brown‑bag sessions and trainings
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years M&A or private‑equity advisory experience
- MBA from a tier‑1 institute
