About the role

Strategy & Consulting team at Accenture advises PE and corporate clients on end‑to‑end transaction advisory. The Consultant drives deal‑lifecycle activities—from target screening and due diligence to post‑merger integration—while leading project execution and client delivery. Role based in Bangalore, Gurgaon or Mumbai with an on‑site hybrid model as required.

What you’ll do

• Support clients across inorganic growth agenda covering target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post‑merger integration and portfolio interventions
• Lead day‑to‑day execution of complex consulting projects for PE and corporate clients across pre‑deal, deal execution and value‑creation phases
• Define deliverables, prioritize tasks, review work and ensure high‑quality client delivery
• Prepare proposals, support RFP discussions and deliver client presentations with bid managers
• Develop new assets, thought leadership and conduct brown‑bag sessions to upskill team members

What you’ll bring

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• 3+ years experience in Private Equity or top-tier Management Consulting advising on transaction lifecycle
• Hands‑on experience across full M&A deal lifecycle: target screening, due diligence, integration, value creation
• Strategic mindset to shape innovative operating models
• Industry expertise in CMT, Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Goods or Retail
