What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle from design to delivery.
- Conduct workshops to capture client requirements.
- Develop functional & technical design documents.
- Configure platform to solve complex supply‑chain problems.
- Create & execute test cases, track issues.
- Provide global user training and support.
- Drive process improvement with feedback loops.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years modelling supply‑chain planning in enterprise apps.
- Deep knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response and workbooks.
- Experience designing and implementing demand/supply planning solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and risk‑management skills.
