About the role
Information Technology team at Hollister Global Business Services India builds enterprise‑scale SAP data platforms for analytics and digital experiences. The Senior Data Developer designs, builds, and operates SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere solutions, creates data models, extraction pipelines, and performance‑tuned queries, and supports SAP Analytics Cloud reporting. Based in Gurugram, required on‑site minimum four days a week with flexible timing overlapping US hours.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain SAP BW/4HANA and Datasphere data models
- Build extraction pipelines from SAP S/4HANA, ECC and non‑SAP sources
- Design and schedule process chains for daily, weekly, monthly loads
- Optimize transformations, ABAP routines and HANA queries
- Create SAP Analytics Cloud stories and dashboards
- Conduct unit, regression testing and manage transports
- Document designs and participate in code reviews
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years SAP data engineering experience
- 2+ years SAP Datasphere hands‑on
- 3+ years SAP BW/4HANA modeling
- 2‑3 years SAP SAC analytics
- 2‑3 years CDS Views development
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science or related field
