About the role
Hollister Global Business Services India Private Ltd's Data Platform team builds end‑to‑end data solutions for life‑sciences analytics. The Senior Data Developer designs and maintains scalable pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse and Databricks, creates curated datasets and Power BI dashboards, and partners with ERP and data‑science teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality data. Gurugram, on‑site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines
- Create curated datasets for clinical, regulatory and commercial analytics
- Build and support Power BI dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate data needs
- Integrate ERP data from Salesforce and SAP into analytic‑ready formats
- Partner with Data Scientists to enable advanced analytics
- Ensure data quality, lineage and GxP compliance
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize data workflows
