About the role

Salesforce Experience Cloud team at Cencora builds digital portals and communities for customers, partners, and employees. The Senior Engineer designs, develops, and deploys Experience Cloud solutions, creates custom Lightning Web and Aura components, and integrates external systems via APIs while ensuring security and performance. Based in Pune, India, this is an on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, communities, and self‑service sites
• Develop custom Lightning Web and Aura components for responsive, accessible user experiences
• Configure Experience Builder features, branding, navigation, and audience targeting
• Implement authentication flows, guest access, SSO/OAuth, and community membership models
• Integrate Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
• Enforce security best practices, including profile hardening and CRUD/FLS controls
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor site performance, analytics, and user engagement to optimize experiences

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years on Experience Cloud
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Apex, and SOQL
• Experience configuring Experience Builder and customizing themes
• Understanding of Experience Cloud security model and access controls
• Front‑end web skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
