About the role

The Senior Engineer leverages CPU architecture expertise to develop, optimize, and benchmark software, collaborating with CPU, compiler, and kernel teams as well as external partners. Role based in Bangalore, on‑site, focusing on performance and power optimization for next‑generation devices.
What you’ll do
- Develop and optimize CPU software for performance and power efficiency
- Run and create benchmarks for pre‑ and post‑silicon validation
- Analyze software workloads and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal CPU, compiler, kernel teams and external benchmark vendors
- Implement solutions to meet CPU performance targets
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C/C++/Assembly/Python/JavaScript
- Deep understanding of Linux internals and device drivers
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture and OS concepts
