About the role

Security Specialist on the Audit & Compliance team at MSME Business, ensuring the organization’s security posture meets ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS, RBI, and SEBI standards. The role plans, coordinates, and supports internal and external audits, manages remediation of findings, and maintains audit documentation. Based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, the position is on-site with a full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external security audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct control assessments and gather audit evidence
• Manage remediation of findings and maintain audit documentation
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to improve controls
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies
• Prepare compliance reports for leadership
• Promote security awareness across the organization

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years experience in security audit and compliance
• Proficiency with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS frameworks
• Experience managing remediation of audit findings
• Knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulatory requirements
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams
• Experience preparing compliance reports for leadership
• Security awareness training facilitation
