Process Executive

About the role

SPE-Maps at Cognizant's Technology & Engineering department seeks Process Executives and Senior Process Executives to support Generative AI initiatives. The role involves evaluating AI-generated content for Business Points of Interest (POIs) through web research, data annotation, and compliance checks to ensure high-quality data inputs. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, the position requires on-site work in a 24x5 environment.

What you’ll do

• Conduct comprehensive web research to validate business information including hours of operation and geographical precision
• Perform high-fidelity data annotation to ensure automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity
• Analyze complex regulatory frameworks and integrate procedural updates or technical nuances
• Achieve daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies
• Detect nuances in grammar and culture with context and maintain documentation skills
• Identify patterns with meticulous attention to detail
• Comprehend summaries, understand user intent, and interpret complex data guidelines
• Switch between different evaluation types and grasp process nuances quickly

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, or Mass Communications
• 12–24 months of relevant experience in content moderation or data processing
• Ability to conduct exhaustive web research to validate business information
• Proficiency in high-fidelity data annotation following rigorous protocols
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills for ambiguous cases
• Comfortable working in a 24x5 environment and from the office
• Ability to handle explicit and extremely sensitive content if required
• Exceptional ability to navigate websites and verify digital data against physical realities

Nice to have

• Minimum 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in content writing
• Minimum 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in customer service
