About the role
Bunge Group seeks a Process Executive to execute commodity trade contracts and support GVA operations in Mohali, India. The role involves vessel screening, coordinating with counterparties, managing SAP transactions, and preparing shipping documents. This is an on-site position requiring 3-5 years of experience.
What you’ll do
- Perform vessel screening and ensure compliance with Bunge Global guidelines
- Gather contract information and update nomination details to Sellers and Buyers
- Monitor loading/discharge operations and coordinate with surveyors and agents
- Create and nominate purchase/sales contracts in the SAP system
- Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices
- Execute and settle purchase/sales contracts in SAP system timely
- Provide guidance to the Documents team on vessel execution requirements
- Receive freight invoices and forward them to the Finance team for processing
What you’ll bring
- Graduation degree required; MBA International Business advantageous
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience handling bulk, break-bulk, and container shipments of Agri-commodities
Nice to have
- Expertise in Letters of credit and shipping documents
- Knowledge of FOSFA, GAFTA, and NAEGA contract rules
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP system
