Credit Risk Senior Associate, Treasury and Chief Investment Office

About the role

Treasury and Chief Investment Office team at JPMorgan Chase manages credit risk for a diverse fixed income investment portfolio. The Senior Associate conducts in-depth credit analysis of assets such as CMBS, RMBS, ABS, CLO and municipal bonds, prepares analytical presentations for senior risk forums, and supports portfolio credit impairment and reserve modeling. Mumbai, India, on-site role with standard office schedule.

What you’ll do

• Perform in-depth credit analysis for TCIO investments
• Engage with senior risk and portfolio management teams to present findings
• Prepare analytical presentations for senior risk forums
• Participate in credit impairment projection and reserve estimation
• Contribute to development of regulatory stress testing and reserve models
• Collaborate with finance, valuation, model review, policy, technology and middle office teams

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years credit risk management experience
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• Strong analytical background with financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in Python and R
• Knowledge of CCAR and CECL stress testing frameworks
