About the role
College Pads team at StarRez builds a global student housing platform. The Senior UI/UX Designer will own end‑to‑end product design, optimizing acquisition, conversion and engagement journeys for students, universities and property managers while iterating quickly with user feedback. Role is based in Hyderabad, on‑site, full‑time, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
What you’ll do
- Drive outcomes by designing acquisition, conversion and engagement experiences
- Simplify multi‑sided journeys for students, universities and property managers
- Prototype, test, ship and refine designs in tight cycles with user feedback
- Lead discovery through continuous user engagement and evidence‑based validation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation and execution while staying user‑focused
- Elevate design quality across initiatives and mentor the growing design practice
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years designing complex digital products
- Experience in B2B2C or B2C products
- Experience in conversion‑focused products
- Experience in experimentation and A/B testing
- Strong UX fundamentals across flows, systems and interaction design
- Comfortable working in lean, fast‑paced teams with high ownership
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG)
