What you’ll do
- Lead design process from concept to execution for web and mobile apps
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on visuals and experience
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to validate designs
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Develop high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes for new features
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers with constructive feedback
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products
- Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and user‑centered principles
- Skilled in wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps
- Up‑to‑date with latest UI/UX trends and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
