What you’ll do
- Lead detailed electrical engineering design for projects
- Ensure compliance with discipline and job manuals during execution
- Manage technical procurement and vendor document approvals
- Monitor KPIs, benchmarks, and efficiency metrics
- Coordinate training programs for engineers and designers
- Provide site assistance and respond to queries
- Perform MHRS calculations using discipline tools
- Oversee quality reviews of inter‑discipline documents
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years EPC or detail design experience
- MTech/ME or BTech/BE in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency with E‑TAP, System Study, 3D modeling tools
- Develop single line diagrams and control schematics
- Knowledge of MV/LV motors, transformers, generators, VFDs
- Cable sizing and earthing calculations
- Lighting design using Dialux software
