About the role
Mahindra & Mahindra Agriculture division focuses on optimizing spare parts distribution and dealer capabilities for farm machinery. The Graduate Agri Trainee will identify and onboard spare part centres, strategize regional distribution, and develop schemes for rollout while ensuring service readiness for new product launches. Role based in Bhopal and Lucknow, on-site work model, with opportunities to lead dealer development and profitability initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Identify and onboard spare part centres
- Strategize distribution of spare parts across regions
- Shortlist 3S dealers and develop schemes for rollout
- Ensure service readiness for new product launches
- Analyze and share ORC data for improvement
- Build dealer capability and monitor financial health
- Achieve CSI targets and profitability through schemes
- Develop team competency through training
What you’ll bring
- 18-20 years experience in Harvester and Implements business
- Team management of 4-5 Customer Care members
- Experience across all geography/demography in India
