Graduate Agri Trainee - Sales

About the role

Agriculture Sales Trainee Program at Mahindra & Mahindra focuses on expanding dealer networks and driving sales of agricultural equipment. The role manages dealer portfolios, coaches teams on sales processes and proprietary tools, and coordinates local promotion campaigns. Based in Nagpur and Pune, on-site work with occasional travel to dealer sites.

What you’ll do

• Manage and oversee dealer portfolios to meet sales and market share targets
• Develop and maintain distribution networks by appointing new dealers
• Ensure dealer staffing and performance through training and coaching
• Facilitate implementation of MSS and Panchatantra systems
• Plan and execute local sales promotion and product launch events
• Provide training on pre‑sales techniques and product features
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights
• Coordinate with financial institutions to create retail financing solutions
