About the role

Product Management- Associate Product Manager- Lending at Paytm. Lead end-to-end lending product lifecycle: onboarding, credit decisioning, disbursement, repayment, and closure. Own funnel optimization, A/B experiments, and KPI tracking. Collaborate with business, growth, design, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver data‑driven, customer‑centric credit platform solutions. Requires 3‑5 years product management experience, deep lending domain knowledge, and strong analytical skills using SQL or similar tools.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for lending journeys
• Define and optimize funnels to drive adoption and reduce drop‑offs
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and track impact
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver product requirements
• Ensure product reporting tracks KPIs
• Stay updated with RBI regulations and industry best practices
• Provide early feedback on product features and edge cases
• Track key product metrics (OKRs, KPIs)

What you’ll bring
