About the role

Software Engineering team at LTM LIMITED provides critical AS400 application support across multiple Indian locations. The Senior Specialist delivers L2/L3 production support, monitors system performance, resolves incidents, and coordinates bug fixes while ensuring batch jobs run on schedule. Role includes on-call duties with shift timings 2 PM–11 PM IST and collaboration with development teams. Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400 applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA
• Analyze and troubleshoot COBOL, SQL, and CL issues
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Perform batch job monitoring and ensure timely completion
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and incident resolutions
• Participate in on-call support during shift timings

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years AS400 production support
• Strong COBOL, SQL, CL programming
• Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management processes
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
