About the role

IT Department at Davies Global Solutions drives digital product delivery for the UK&I business. The Lead Associate - Product Owner owns the product backlog, translates client needs into actionable user stories, and collaborates with engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure value‑focused delivery. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, hybrid work model with onsite collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Own and prioritize product backlog aligned with client and business goals
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and architects on solution design
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Engage with clients to gather insights and validate delivered value
• Support modern engineering practices and cloud‑native integration
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end digital solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years as Product Owner in Agile environment
• Strong Agile Scrum knowledge
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure or AWS
• Background in .Net, Python or Java
• Proven client engagement and stakeholder management
• Data‑driven decision making
• User‑centred design and UI/UX collaboration
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
