Associate Lead/Project Lead, Pharma Commercial Analytics

About the role

Data & Analytics department at EVERSANA drives end‑to‑end commercialization projects across pre‑launch, launch and post‑launch phases. The Associate Lead/Project Lead applies advanced analytics to large pharma datasets, designs dashboards, and presents actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. Role based in Bengaluru or Pune, hybrid with at least three days onsite per week, supporting global client teams.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement analytics processes using multiple datasets
• Develop and deliver dashboards and reports for sales, patient enrollment, and market access
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Patient Analytics, CRM, and field teams
• Lead project planning, monitoring, and performance tracking
• Coach and train team members on analytics methods

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years healthcare analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel
• Intermediate Tableau reporting
• Experience with pharma commercial datasets (Specialty Pharmacy, HUB, EDI)
• Leadership of analytics teams and client communication
