What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a senior engineering team
• Define architecture and technical direction for email security product
• Own production reliability, SLOs, monitoring, and incident response
• Translate product priorities into realistic delivery plans
• Drive engineering quality standards and release processes
• Promote AI‑assisted coding practices and tooling
• Collaborate with product leadership on technical risks and capacity
• Establish effective remote collaboration practices

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years engineering leadership
• Hands‑on Go or Python development
• Linux systems administration
• Distributed backend services design
• Observability tools (Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana)
• AI‑assisted development workflow experience
• Professional English proficiency
