About the role
Ecolab seeks a ServiceNow Integration Lead Architect to design and lead ServiceNow solutions across customer service, field service, and manufacturing modules. The role involves defining architecture standards, translating business needs into scalable designs, and overseeing integrations with CRM, ERP, IoT, SAP, and Salesforce systems. The architect will mentor teams, conduct workshops, and stay current with ServiceNow releases to recommend new features. Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and relevant modules is required.
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions
- Define standards, policies, and best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
- Design and oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, IoT, SAP, Salesforce
- Mentor developers and administrators
- Conduct workshops, POCs, and demos for CSM, FSM, APO, MCO
What you’ll bring
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- 8-12 years IT experience, 8+ in ServiceNow architecture
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, XML, AI tools
- Experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Mid Server integrations
- Expertise in CSM, FSM, or APO/MCO modules
- ServiceNow certifications (2+ preferred)
