What you’ll do
- Lead planning and execution of PCB/PCBA projects from concept to shipment
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, and quality
- Oversee PCB design reviews, DFM/DFA compliance, and prototype transitions
- Implement quality control, testing, and root‑cause analysis
- Manage supplier relationships and industrial transfer to India/Asia sites
- Report project status to senior management
