Store Director

About the role

Lenskart seeks a Store Director to bridge strategy and execution across its Bengaluru hub. The role reports to the Area Operations Manager and collaborates with the Zonal Manager. The director will lead store operations, drive sales targets, and ensure customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing daily sales reports, and implementing upselling and cross‑selling initiatives. The position requires strong communication, retail and store operations expertise, and a target‑oriented mindset. The director will act as the key link between corporate strategy and on‑ground execution, ensuring the store meets performance metrics and delivers a superior customer experience.
