About the role

Space Planning Team at Lowe’s India drives the design and optimization of store layouts to maximize sales and customer experience. The Director leads cross‑functional teams in Space Planning, Planogram, Visual Merchandising, Collateral, and MST, partnering with Technology and Product to embed automation, analytics, and digital tools across 1700+ stores. Based in Bengaluru, the role is on‑site with a focus on enterprise‑wide transformation and leadership development.

What you’ll do

Define long‑term strategy for Store Merchandising capabilities
Lead enterprise‑level space optimization and planogram automation
Drive data‑backed decision making to optimize profitability
Oversee large‑scale resets, pilots, and transformation programs
Redesign and standardize processes for scalability
Champion change management and adoption of new tools
Build and mentor high‑performing leadership teams
Promote continuous improvement and innovation
