About the role
HR Systems Operations team at Gartner supports the enterprise HRIS platform, primarily Workday, by handling end‑user inquiries and maintaining data quality. The specialist serves as the first point of contact for recruiting, onboarding, compensation and other HR processes, manages ServiceNow tickets, runs audits and supports testing and configuration changes. Gurgaon, hybrid work model, with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Respond to high‑volume Workday user inquiries across multiple modules
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain data quality
- Create and update procedural documentation
- Support testing and peer review of enhancements and configuration Jiras
- Monitor delegation and completion of Workday processes
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years HR systems operations experience with Workday HCM
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and executive presence
