About the role
HR Operations Discipline at RTX focuses on delivering efficient, compliant HR transactional services across the enterprise. The Offboarding Specialist drives execution and continuous improvement of centralized offboarding and severance processes, develops documentation, manages HR systems, and performs data analysis to ensure accurate payouts and compliance. Works hybrid from Bengaluru with occasional onsite collaboration, supporting US business units and partnering with external vendors.
What you’ll do
- Execute and improve centralized offboarding processes
- Develop and document standard HR procedures
- Manage HR systems and vendor relationships
- Perform data analysis for severance payouts
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for payout tracking
- Ensure compliance with RTX policies and legal requirements
- Troubleshoot technical and employee termination issues
- Provide guidance to HR partners on offboarding and RIF matters
