About the role
Business Valuation team at RSM provides valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and litigation. The Senior Associate executes ASC 805, 820, 718 projects, prepares detailed financial models and reports, and leads first‑level reviews of associate work. Kolkata, on‑site, full‑time role with flexibility in schedule.
What you’ll do
- Execute ASC 805, 820, 718 audit and external engagements
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and memos
- Develop financial models for business and intangible assets
- Review associate deliverables and provide feedback
- Conduct minor training sessions on technical products
- Travel as needed for client engagements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance
- MBA in Finance (optional)
- CFA Level 1/2 (preferred)
Nice to have
- 1-3 years audit and external project experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg
- Advanced financial modeling in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
