About the role

Operations Team at SkySun supports daily solar project operations across Interconnection, Project Management, Permitting, Inspections, and Scheduling. The Customer Service Specialist handles inbound calls, coordinates with internal teams and utilities, and tracks project milestones to keep projects moving forward. Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support multiple operational departments including Interconnection and Permitting
• Communicate with customers to collect information, provide updates, and resolve concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams, utilities, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Schedule appointments, inspections, and project milestones
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems
• Escalate problems while taking initiative to find solutions

What you’ll bring

• 0-4+ years experience
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups
