About the role

Digital Solutions practice – NetSuite Center of Excellence at Connor Group delivers finance and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients. Senior Consultant I expands NetSuite expertise, configures and customizes environments, designs functional requirements, and leads testing and user training. Hybrid role across Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi with up to 25% travel, including international assignments.

What you’ll do

• Support Sys Admin Engagement Lead with proactive consultative support
• Configure, customize and troubleshoot NetSuite environments and auxiliary systems
• Document operational process flows and design functional requirements
• Develop and execute test plans and enable users through documentation and training
• Track activities and provide regular client‑facing status updates
• Engage business leaders to define requirements and system goals
• Collaborate on NetSuite implementation, administration, optimization and integration projects

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or equivalent
• 1-3 years NetSuite experience
• Familiarity with Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical intuition and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and dependable attitude
• Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel
