About the role
Vyn Platform reimagines work in the deskless world by delivering AI‑powered video workflow solutions for utilities, telecoms, retail and energy. As a Digital Solutions Engineer you will translate customer objectives into solution storyboards, configure and deploy Vyn’s SaaS workflows, and build dashboards that provide operational insights. Remote (India), collaborating with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Understand customer objectives and map business processes
- Create solution storyboards and digital workflows
- Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demos, trials and production
- Support implementation, testing, user acceptance and optimization
- Build customer dashboards and deliver data‑driven insights
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to feed feedback into product roadmap
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
- 3-4 years experience in solution engineering or technical consulting
- Experience with SaaS workflow or cloud solutions
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL and integrations
- Exposure to Python, JavaScript, HTML or CSS
