Senior Staff Associate, System Test

About the role

Testing Department at Bloom Energy is responsible for operating and maintaining engineering system test pads. The Senior Staff Associate conducts hands‑on test pad operations, performs data analytics on test results, and automates report generation for sponsors. Mumbai, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Operate engineering system test pads and perform skid upgrades
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and maintain detailed records
• Analyze test data to identify trends and present findings
• Automate reporting templates using Excel and PI Vision
• Generate periodic test reports for sponsors
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet testing requirements
• Follow defined safety procedures during test operations
• Communicate failure modes and challenges to management

What you’ll bring

• 7-9 years experience in laboratory or process industry
• Polytechnic diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Instrumentation
• Technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical/electronics/instrumentation/electrochemistry
• Understanding of safety procedures for fuels and high‑temperature applications
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS‑Office
• Experience in data analytics and report generation
• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA environments (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
