About the role
Audit Senior Associate on KPMG Assurance's Audit Services team, delivering high-quality financial statement audits and leading a team of GDC audit associates. Coordinates day-to-day audit activities, reviews documentation, mentors staff, and drives audit efficiencies for US engagements. Kolkata, West Bengal, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Execute high‑quality audits and ensure timely deliverables
- Coordinate audit activities and client interactions
- Supervise and review GDC audit associates’ work
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Identify off‑shoring opportunities and improve audit processes
What you’ll bring
- Qualified CA or US CPA
- 24-36 months post‑qualification experience
- 2 years sign‑off experience as Senior or Assistant Manager
- Strong articleship experience at a mid‑size or Big 4 firm
- Relevant audit experience of at least 4 years for non‑CA certifications
