About the role

The Senior Associate coordinates day‑to‑day audit activities, reviews documentation, mentors GDC audit associates, and ensures timely delivery of audit deliverables. Kolkata office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Execute high‑quality audits and ensure timely deliverables
- Coordinate client interactions and information flow
- Supervise and coach GDC audit associates
- Review audit documentation and provide feedback
- Identify audit efficiencies and process improvements
- Participate in strategic initiatives and CSR programs
What you’ll bring
- Qualified CA or US CPA
- 18-24 months post‑qualification experience
- 1 year sign‑off experience as reviewer or senior
- 2 busy seasons as senior
- Strong articleship at mid‑size or Big 4 firm
- At least 4 years audit experience for non‑CA certifications
