What you’ll do
- Design and implement customer lifecycle management strategies
- Own Martech platforms and automate campaign workflows
- Plan and execute multi‑channel retention campaigns
- Analyze KPIs and present performance dashboards
- Collaborate with product, brand, and tech teams
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years lifecycle marketing or CLM experience
- Proficiency with MoEngage, Appsflyer, Clevertap or similar platforms
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Experience in fintech or digital‑first environments preferred
