The Technical Supply Chain Project Manager leads medium‑scale projects, defines scope, evaluates business cases, and guides global cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. Based in Pune, hybrid work model with three days onsite per week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Executes medium‑scale supply chain projects aligning with strategic objectives
• Defines precise project scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder engagement
• Evaluates business case throughout lifecycle to maximize benefits
• Leads and empowers cross‑functional teams to achieve milestones
• Cultivates strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Integrates customer expectations into project strategies
• Manages risks, issues, dependencies, and provides progress reporting
• Ensures adherence to Philips global standards and best practices
• Analyzes performance metrics to optimize delivery and drive continuous improvement
• Documents and communicates project progress comprehensively

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• PMP certification required
• 10+ years technical project/program management in medical device or manufacturing
• Experience leading global cross‑functional projects
• Strong engineering foundation across mechanical, electrical, and software
• Proven stakeholder influence and senior leadership engagement
• Risk, issue, and governance management expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
