Supply Chain Execution Technical Lead

About the role

Supply Chain Execution Technical Lead at Altera leads the design, development and implementation of scalable supply chain solutions, focusing on Blue Yonder and AMAX platforms. The role drives technical implementation, integration with ERP and BI tools, and system upgrades while collaborating with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs. Based in Penang, Malaysia with an additional Bengaluru, India location, the position requires onsite presence and offers a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Lead technical implementation and support of Supply Chain Planning and custom AMAX solutions
• Configure, customize and optimize the Supply Chain Execution platform
• Lead integration efforts between Supply Chain and other enterprise systems
• Oversee system upgrades, patches and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• 8+ years experience as Technical Lead or Developer
• Proficiency in React, .Net, JavaScript and SQL
• Experience with Visual Studio and GitHub
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
