About the role
Consulting - Regulatory Compliance COE at EY focuses on delivering regulatory change management and compliance monitoring for clients across industries. The Senior Consultant will lead day‑to‑day delivery of regulatory assessments, develop compliance libraries, and produce client reports while collaborating with managers and senior managers. Based in Kolkata, on‑site work required, with opportunities to engage with global EY consulting teams.
What you’ll do
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance databases
- Lead client delivery for regulatory change management and risk assessments
- Perform internal audit and compliance testing procedures
- Create templates, frameworks and reusable COE assets
- Prepare reports, dashboards and summaries for client deliverables
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years experience in risk advisory, internal audit, compliance or consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Finance or related field
- Proficiency with MS‑Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong oral and written communication with precision
- Ability to document processes, controls and compliance requirements
Nice to have
Professional certification such as CCEP, CFE, CIPP, CA, CIA, CISA preferred
