About the role
Accenture seeks a Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager in Gurugram to help clients transform compliance functions using intelligent operating models. The role involves leading the design and implementation of Finance Risk & Controls Frameworks, including control testing within Agile models. This is a full-time position based on-site in Gurugram.
What you’ll do
- Lead design, development, and implementation of Finance Risk & Controls Framework
- Build foundational artefacts including risk register, control taxonomy, and RCM standards
- Define control ownership model and risk assessment methodology for global Finance processes
- Develop minimum control standards and documentation requirements
- Establish Finance Controls Committee, escalation framework, and governance calendar
- Act as deputy to Global Head of Finance Controls & Governance
- Provide independent challenge to senior Finance stakeholders
- Transition to BAU Senior Controls Manager role owning framework maintenance
What you’ll bring
- ACA or ACCA fully qualified
- COSO internal controls framework expertise
- 10–12 years in financial controls, SOX, or internal audit
- Led controls framework build or major remediation end-to-end
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience designing risk registers, control taxonomies, RCMs
Nice to have
- Experience with IFRS reporting environments and multi-entity structures
- Experience drafting finance controls policies and procedures
- Big 4 external or internal audit background
- Experience with SOX 404 compliance programmes
