Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) AI/ML team builds end‑to‑end machine learning and AI agent solutions on an AWS‑based analytics platform. The Senior AI/ML Engineer architects, develops, and deploys scalable ML models, designs AI agents and serverless data pipelines, and leads MLOps best practices while mentoring junior engineers. Based in Karnataka, India, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Architect end‑to‑end ML systems and set technical direction
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows on AWS
• Develop and maintain serverless data pipelines and analytics services
• Establish MLOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure best practices
• Integrate external systems such as SAP and Salesforce for data sourcing
• Create REST APIs and model‑serving infrastructure for production workloads
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into ML solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of Python development
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn
• Deep expertise in AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3)
• Proven MLOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Design and deployment of REST APIs for model serving
• Building AI agents using Amazon Quick and LLM integration
• Mentoring and technical leadership of engineering teams
