About the role

Global Investment Research - Quantum & Verification (Q&V) team delivers high‑quality financial data and analytics to support equity research across the firm. The role leads the Bengaluru Q&V team, integrates standardized data into analyst models, ensures data integrity, and partners with research, engineering, and data management on database enhancements. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, with occasional coordination with New York management.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the Quantum & Verification team in Bengaluru
• Integrate and link contribution sheets into analyst financial models ensuring data integrity
• Conduct deep‑dive reviews of valuation models and provide accounting expertise
• Serve as key resource for accounting, modeling, and Quantum database queries
• Deliver training to campus and lateral hires
• Coordinate with research management, engineering, data management, and digital content teams on database enhancements
• Report data freshness and quality metrics to stakeholders
• Support external clients and sales with data feed requests and model publications

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years finance or accounting experience
• Proven team leadership
• Strong accounting and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Programming experience in Python or VBA (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail‑oriented with risk management focus
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environment
