About the role

Enterprise Cybersecurity team at IDEMIA protects global identity solutions by monitoring threats, investigating incidents, and improving security posture. The Senior/Lead Cybersecurity Defense Analyst leads a team of 4‑5 analysts, conducts risk analysis, manages compliance audits, and coordinates with infrastructure, cloud and application groups. Based in Noida, India, on-site work model with occasional remote flexibility.

What you’ll do

Manage day‑to‑day cybersecurity operations and monitor security posture
Investigate and respond to security incidents across virtual and physical systems
Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and evidence collection
Lead a team of analysts, allocate work, and provide technical mentoring
Coordinate cross‑functional activities with IT infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
Track remediation, ensure SLA adherence, and report to executives

What you’ll bring

5-10 years enterprise cybersecurity experience
Experience leading security analyst teams
Strong knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
Proficiency with firewall, patch, and cloud security
Excellent analytical and communication skills
