About the role

The role includes leading a team of automation engineers, driving CI/CD integration with Jenkins, and ensuring observability, reporting, and scalability of the platform. Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with modular architecture, design patterns, and data pipelines are essential. The position is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, India, and requires strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
