Senior Associate, Business Performance & Operations Transformation, Scrum Master

About the role

Operations Transformation team at Amgen drives enterprise-wide operational excellence and digital innovation. The Senior Associate supports transformation initiatives by planning and executing continuous improvement projects, developing dashboards and performance metrics, and coordinating change management activities. Hyderabad, India, on-site role with occasional travel (<20%).

What you’ll do

• Support planning and execution of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and status reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist with stakeholder communications, training coordination, and adoption activities
• Facilitate working sessions and coordinate follow‑up actions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and support implementation

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5-8 years business/operations experience
• Background in operational strategy or management consulting
• Experience with transformation or change management initiatives
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
• Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard development
