About the role
Information Technology group at DTCC delivers secure, reliable technology solutions for global capital markets. The Lead Java Full Stack Developer designs, builds, and supports Java/J2EE applications with Angular front‑ends, microservices, and cloud platforms, collaborating with architects, product managers, and infrastructure. Hyderabad, India, hybrid model – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
What you’ll do
- Create and enhance Java full‑stack applications
- Develop unit tests and ensure functional/non‑functional compliance
- Collaborate with Business System Analysts to meet requirements
- Partner with Infrastructure for efficient hosting environments
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews
- Support production issues and continuous integration pipelines
- Contribute to design of reusable components and microservices
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Java/J2EE development
- 2+ years Angular experience
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- REST API design and implementation
- NodeJS and NPM usage
- CI/CD tools: Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins
- Oracle PL/SQL and database tuning
- Container platforms: OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS
