The Strategy Manager drives corporate strategy and growth initiatives, leading M&A, operating model design, and data‑driven growth projects for global clients. Based in Mumbai with an on‑site work model, the role offers exposure to senior leadership and complex strategic challenges.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic initiatives for global clients, including M&A target screening, synergy assessment, and post‑merger integration
• Partner with CEOs to design future‑proof operating models and growth strategies leveraging data‑driven insights
• Develop and deliver actionable recommendations that drive measurable business value and sustainable growth

What you’ll bring

• Post-MBA 6+ years experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, pricing and profit optimization
• Experience advising C‑level executives and leading consulting engagements
• Consulting background in operating model design, M&A, and digital business transformation
