Strategy Practice at Accenture focuses on the CEO’s most strategic priorities, helping clients shape innovative business and technology strategies. The Manager will lead M&A, operating model design, corporate growth, and sustainability initiatives, delivering data‑driven solutions and financial models. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support clients across the M&A lifecycle including target screening and post‑merger integration
• Partner with CEOs to design future‑proof operating models and org designs
• Develop data‑driven corporate strategy and growth plans
• Create financial models to back business cases
• Engage with ecosystem partners to drive sustainability initiatives

What you’ll bring

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• 3.5+ years experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, business case development, market entry, pricing and profit optimization
