About the role

  • Follow up on audit recommendations with stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Lead audit-related projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate with branches and stakeholders for audit activities

What you’ll bring

CA/MBA/M.Com degree

Nice to have

  • 3-8 years audit experience
  • Branch audit experience
  • Knowledge of NBFC/Bank operations
  • Audit certification (CIA) preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Influencing and negotiation abilities
