About the role

Internal Audit Department at Muthoot FinCorp conducts comprehensive audits across all branches to ensure compliance and financial integrity. What you’ll do

• Conduct internal audits across all branches per departmental program
• Verify documents for fixed deposits, secured loans, and related interest payments
• Review bank transactions, cheque utilization, and gold loan records
• Audit staff salary, incentive payments, and statutory records
• Examine reconciliation statements and authorization of payments
• Report unauthorized transactions and ensure compliance with regulations

What you’ll bring

• 1-6 years experience in internal audit
• Strong knowledge of financial documentation and compliance
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience with branch-level audit procedures
